Public comments may be made:
- In person: Members of the public desiring to speak on a matter appearing on the agenda should ask the Mayor for the opportunity to be heard when the item comes up for Council consideration (or complete a speaker card prior to the meeting). Comments for all agenda items are limited to a speaking time of three minutes unless modified by the Mayor.
- In writing: Go to http://bishop-ca.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php?view_id=8 to submit an "eComment" for the corresponding meeting. Please note that eComment submissions closes at 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. You may also hand deliver public comments to the City drop/payment box located at the Church Street entrance to City Hall on or before the deadline noted above. F. Second Reading and Adoption of an Ordinance Amending Title 13 of the Bishop Municipal Code – Water and Sewer Service Regulations
Council consideration to approve the second reading and adoption of the proposed Ordinance amending Title 13 of the City of Bishop Code of Ordinances relating to water and sewer service regulations, by title only.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BISHOP, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 13 OF THE CITY OF BISHOP CODE OF ORDINANCES, RELATING TO WATER AND SEWER SERVICE
G. Resolution Authorization of Public Works Director as Signatory for Federal-Funded Street Projects
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the proposed resolution authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to sign and execute applications, invoices, agreements, and related documents on behalf of the City for federally funded street projects through the California Department of Transportation, by title only.
H. A Resolution to Adopt a List of Projects for Fiscal Year 2024-25 Funded by SB 1: The Road Maintenance and Accountability Act
City Council consideration to approve the Resolution adopting the list of projects funded by SB 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act for fiscal year 2024-2025.

A. Request to Waive Specific Bishop City Park Pool Fees for 2025
Council consideration to approve waiving pool fees for children under the age of 3 if accompanied by a paying adult for the 2025 season, and approve waiving pool fees for the City of Bishop Big Day in the Park on July 4, 2025.
B. Amendment 2 to the Agreement Between the County of Inyo The Bishop Paiute Tribe and City of Bishop For the Provision of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Cost Sharing.
Council to consider approval of Amendment 2 of the EMS Cost Sharing Agreement.
C. FY 2025-26 Budget Adoption
City Council consideration to adopt the proposed City of Bishop FY 2025-26 Budget as presented.
